An initial induction to the gym will make you feel at ease with one of our personal trainers in the fitness team to help you understand your way around the gym floor in any of our Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy or Glenrothes Gyms.

A health assessment will allow you to see where you are with your body composition and allow you to set your goals which are realistic with your personal trainer, at Gym64 we don’t just leave you there… you will be re-booked time and time again so you can monitor your progress with an easy-to-use app!

Your gym programme will be created, we don’t just email it to you… your trainer will run through this with you, so you fully understand your personalised programme and what each movement should feel like while you perform each exercise. Your trainer will update your programme in due course as you progress and require adjustments, unlike other gyms that just leave you to it!

Our wide range of equipment in each of our Fife gyms gives you the flexibility to train without the need to queue to complete your programme, your time is valuable to us.

Our friendly reception team are always on hand from the hello as you walk in, making your drink in our Juice Bar, serving you our Superlean meals or GSN Meals, mixing your Pre-Workout to answering your call and answering any questions you have or even booking you into your favourite fitness classes.
