Hot Vinyasa Yoga has arrived at Kirkcaldy

Gym64 Kirkcaldy are delighted to launch our new class Hot Vinyasa Yoga with Michele Galloway!

Hot yoga has become a popular exercise in recent years. It offers many of the same benefits as traditional yoga, such as stress reduction, improved strength, and flexibility. A hot room creates a sauna like environment, bringing your mind to the present while helping you unwind and de stress. The heat gives your heart and lungs a harder workout releasing toxins through sweat.
