Welcome to our Glenrothes Gym

In 2019 following on from our success with Gym 64 Dunfermline and Gym 64 Kirkcaldy we opened our third Gym 64 Glenrothes. The fitness world has always been full of fads and gimmicks and we were tired of the trends and tricks played out within our industry.  So for a third time we decided to create something better…

“Gym 64 are a family run business and passionate about people and fitness. Focusing on creating sustainable performance through science, education and elite level coaching. Everything we do is designed to enrich our clients experience through innovative sessions, knowledge-based approaches and tailored fitness regimes.”

Louise Ferguson

Fitness Manager

About me: I have been in the fitness industry for 10 years. At school I was always the kid who had a note, so I didn’t need to take part in P.E. I didn’t like exercise until I took part in my first Body Combat class, I felt on top of the world and realised that fitness can be fun! I instantly wanted to create this same experience for others. How I can help you achieve your goals: I remember how terrified I was when attending my first class and I know how much courage it takes to walk through the doors, because of that, my priority is to make you feel welcome, supported, and comfortable in a gym environment. I get to know you as an individual and recognise how I can best encourage and motivate you, as everyone responds differently, it matters to me that I learn how to get the best out of you and that we celebrate and recognise every little win. You are not just a number at Gym64. Above all my goal is to ensure you leave my sessions happier and more uplifted than when you arrived. My proudest achievement: After working at Gym64 for two years, they saw potential in me and offered me the opportunity to step into my current role as Fitness Manager. This has allowed for self-growth as well as to put my love for coaching into practice. How to contact me: Email: Louise@gym64.com

Caroline Welch

Assistant Fitness Manager

About me: I’m Caz and have been into some sort of sport since a young age. What really got me into fitness was CrossFit, how varied and functional this type of fitness was, really piqued my interest and led me to become a fitness instructor. How I can help you achieve your goals: I want everyone to feel welcome in all of my classes. I want you to feel like you have been given an individual instruction and achieved a goal whether that is completing a box jump, going up a weight in kettlebellss, not giving up in the 45 second hollow hold or just getting through the class and feeling like you have done a great workout at some point during a busy day. My proudest achievement: A wee while ago now but completing my Spartan trifecta. Also placing high in my age group at another OCR (obstacle course race) more recently, becoming assistant manager here at Gym64. How to contact me: Carolyn@gym64.com
