Run Club

Les Mills Body Combat
Les Mills Body Combat is a high-energy martial art inspired workout that fuels cardio fitness. Punch and kick your way through the class (non-contact) learning moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Les Mills Body Pump

Spin 64 is our own spin class using top of the range bikes for an indoor cycling workout. Instructors will take you through the class working on sprints, seated hill climbs, standing hill climbs providing high energy music to keep you motivated and focused! LFT-64
LFT-64 is designed to increase physical strength through the use of weight bearing and resistance exercises. Expect to use various equipment such as barbells, kettlebells, and dumbbells. In this class you will experience strength training similar to the gym floor but with the community feel and support of a group fitness class.

Performance
In this class you will work on a specific lift be it squat, chest press or any push variation and deadlift, breaking down the movements and fine-tuning technique to perform the movement safely and more efficient. The last 10-15 minutes of the class will be conditioning work or accessories to compliment the compound movement done that night. The class goes across 3 days with a different compound movement performed each night, this class allows you to get the feel for a powerlifting focused workout, that you can take away and implement into your own training.

Legs, Bums and Tums
Expect to of course work your legs, glutes and abdominal muscles in this 45 minute class. This class will include a mixture of cardio and strength based movements to target these muscle groups. Expect a mix of squats, lunges, step ups, core work and much more to improve strength and overall fitness. Multiple equipment in the studio will be used and the class will change every week so expect the unexpected! This class is designed to be inclusive and adaptable, making it suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced participants.
