Les Mills Body Combat
Les Mills Body Combat is a high-energy martial art inspired workout that fuels cardio fitness. Punch and kick your way through the class (non-contact) learning moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Martial arts experience is not required, just yourself and some energy! (maybe a bottle of water would be handy too!) Release stress, have a blast, and leave feeling like a champ!

Les Mills Body Pump
Les Mills Body Pump is ideal for anyone who wants to get lean, toned and fit! Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Les Mills Body Pump will give you a full body workout. Our instructors will coach you through multiple moves such as squats, lunges, deadlifts, chest press, press ups, bent over rows and clean and presses. Learn new techniques while being encouraged and motivated by our instructors and the music.

Les Mills Body Attack is a high energy, athletic workout focused on cardio fitness, muscular endurance, and agility. It combines sports inspired training like running, lunging, and jumping with body weight strength exercises for the ultimate workout. This class is suitable for all fitness levels as our instructors demonstrate options throughout the class to suit all.

Les Mills Ceremony
Get the results of strength, athleticism, and balance! Les Mills Ceremony is a 45-minute functional training resistance-based workout focusing on full body strength, cardio, and conditioning. In Les Mills Ceremony expect to use a range of equipment stations such as ski ergs, kettlebells, barbells, rowers, sleds, TRX’s, plyo boxes and much more! This class incorporates explosive exercises, balance, and coordination drills. Expect a new release every 2 weeks at Gym 64 so you’ll never get bored!

Les Mills Conquer
Get the results of strength and empowerment! Are you ready for your next fitness challenge? Les Mills Conquer is a 45-minute high-intensity boxing conditioning workout. TRX
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX suspension trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.

Functional Fitness will challenge both your strength and fitness through different functional movements. This type of exercise will support your everyday life, including movements such as pushing, pulling, bending, hinging, squatting and core.

HIIT & Abs
HIIT & Abs is a blend of high intensity interval training and core for the ultimate blast. With a focus on short intervals performed at a high intensity followed by minimal recovery to increase your fitness levels. Rapidly improve your cardiovascular fitness as well as core strength. In this class you will use your own body weight along with equipment such as plyo boxes, ski erg, assault bike, weights and much more! As always you can work to your on intensity and pace, making this workout suitable for everyone.

Spin 64
Spin 64 is our own spin class using top of the range bikes for an indoor cycling workout at Dunfermline and Glenrothes (we offer indoor cycling at Kirkcaldy too, please see Rhythm Ride, Power Ride and Endurance Ride class descriptions). Instructors will take you through the class working on sprints, seated hill climbs, standing hill climbs providing high energy music to keep you motivated and focused!

Endurance Ride is available at our Kirkcaldy branch. 1 hour spin class focusing on intervals longer than 1 minute. LFT-64
LFT-64 is designed to increase physical strength through the use of weight bearing and resistance exercises. Expect to use various equipment such as barbells, kettlebells, and dumbbells. In this class you will experience strength training similar to the gym floor but with the community feel and support of a group fitness class.

Performance
In this class you will work on a specific lift be it squat, chest press or any push variation and deadlift, breaking down the movements and fine-tuning technique to perform the movement safely and more efficient. The last 10-15 minutes of the class will be conditioning work or accessories to compliment the compound movement done that night. The class goes across 3 days with a different compound movement performed each night, this class allows you to get the feel for a powerlifting focused workout, that you can take away and implement into your own training.
