Group Fitness Classes

Here at Gym64 we have put a lot of time and effort into creating the perfect timetable. We offer a wide variety of classes which include strength training, cardio training, core training, mixed martial arts, dance, flexibility training and so much more!

We structure our gym timetable so that if you can only make one-time slot throughout the week, you get something different every day! We select our classes that offer variety and complement each other well in order to build strength and prevent injury. We always take on board feedback from our members and work hard to create a Class Timetable that caters to everyone’s needs!

We regularly invest money in to our fitness programmes and equipment to keep up to date with industry trends and keep our classes fresh and exciting.

Our Group Fitness Classes have a real sense of community feel to them. Every branch has its own group fitness Facebook group that members can join to connect with other members and the class instructors and class trainers.

We’ve created a safe and welcoming environment where participants are pushed beyond their limits whilst also having fun. Every fitness level is welcome at any of our classes. Our experienced fitness instructors can adapt the workouts and offer suitable regressions and progressions to ensure our classes are inclusive!

Remember all of our Gym Membership levels include Unlimited Classes so you can pick and choose what classes you’d like to attend and try. If you are unsure if a class is for you or not, book in our app give it a try and if it doesn’t work out try something else.
