Our Pilates classes offer a full body workout focusing on improving flexibility, strengthening the core and enhancing overall body awareness. Our Pilates classes are suitable for all fitness levels, this class combines controlled movements with mindful breathing to create a balanced and challenging workout.

A typical Pilates workout includes a number of exercises and stretches. Each exercise is performed with attention to correct breathing techniques and abdominal muscle control. To gain the benefits of this class attend at least once a week and you’ll be able to see your progress over time.

What to bring:

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom for movement.
  • A yoga mat (if you have one, if not we provide mats in our studios)
  • Water to stay hydrated.
