It combines sports inspired training like running, lunging, and jumping with body weight strength exercises for the ultimate workout. This class is suitable for all fitness levels as our instructors demonstrate options throughout the class to suit all.

Inspired by sports for building strength and stamina, this class also combines athletic aerobic movements with stabilisation exercises to create a killer workout that gets results.

 

Les Mills Body Attack is a cardio peak training workout. This workout will maintain your heart rate at an aerobic training base, between 60 to 80 percent of your maximum heart rate with peaks to push you to your maximum. This will develop your fitness and you’ll get fitter each and every week you attend!
