Hot Yoga At Gym 64 Dunfermline and Kirkcaldy

Hot Yoga: What Is It?

Hot Yoga combines the deep, meditative stretches of traditional Yoga with the added element of heat,  in a warm room set between 30-35°C (86-95°F).

This nurturing environment allows the body to relax more deeply, promoting flexibility and releasing tension in the connective tissues.

Hatha Yoga (Dunfermline) is a traditional style of Yoga that focuses on physical postures and meditation to create balance and harmony between the mind and body. The pace of Hatha Yoga is generally slower than other types of Yoga focusing on alignment.

Yin Yoga (Kirkcaldy) focuses on long-held, passive poses targeting ligaments, fascia, and joints, while the heat enhances these benefits by loosening muscles and increasing circulation. Hot Yin Yoga is a perfect practice for those seeking a gentle yet effective way to unwind, release tension, and restore balance to the body and mind.
