Rhythm Ride is available at our Kirkcaldy branch. 40–45-minute spin class working with the music to motivate throughout. High energy class with all your favourite music designed by our instructors. Keep track of your indoor cycling workout data on the Keiser app to view your fitness progress.

Rhythm Ride is all about keeping to the beat on the bike!

With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor will take you on a journey of sprints, hills and jumps to get through the class together. Rhythm Ride is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement. You can draw on the groups energy and find your rhythm in the music. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up fitness levels over time.
