Power Ride is available at our Kirkcaldy branch. 30-minute spin class which focuses on working to a high intensity with shorter intervals. Work through different training zones with guidance from your instructor to push you to your cycling limits! Keep track of your indoor cycling workouts data on the Keiser app to view your fitness progress.

Power Ride is short intense style training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, which will get you fit, fast!

Power Ride will include a variety of short intervals, resistance changes, and speed variations to maximise cardiovascular and muscular endurance.

This is the indoor cycling class where you can challenge your gears as you’ll only be working for a short period of time.

Tips for a successful high-intensity indoor cycling workout:

  • Hydration: ensure you have a water bottle handy (we sell them at reception if you forget yours) and stay hydrated throughout the workout.
  • Form: maintain proper form to avoid injury and to get the most out of the class. Keep your core engaged, shoulders relaxed, and hands light on the handlebars.
  • Breathing: focus on controlled breathing to maximise oxygen intake and endurance.
