In this class you will work on a specific lift be it squat, chest press or any push variation and deadlift, breaking down the movements and fine-tuning technique to perform the movement safely and more efficient. The last 10-15 minutes of the class will be conditioning work or accessories to compliment the compound movement done that night. The class goes across 3 days with a different compound movement performed each night, this class allows you to get the feel for a powerlifting focused workout, that you can take away and implement into your own training.

This class is ideal for those looking to build strength, improve lifting technique, and achieve personal bests in a supportive, group environment. Whether you are a beginner eager to learn the basics or an experienced lifter aiming to refine your form and increase your lifts, this class caters to all levels of experience.

Working out in a group provides a motivating atmosphere where members support and encourage each other, helping you push through sets and lifting more than you thought you were capable of. Our instructors will help and guide you through the movements and keep an eye on your technique to ensure you don’t get injured.
