The 45 minute class is a full-body training session that combines high-intensity cardio intervals with functional strength training. Expect fast-paced circuits using the rower, SkiErg, bike, and running drills, interspersed with strength sets utilizing dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, and bodyweight resistance. This class is designed to improve not just how hard you can go, but how long you can sustain it, with the strength to back it up.
