Class Formats:

The 30 minute class is all about non-stop movement and conditioning. You’ll rotate through intense intervals on machines like the SkiErg, rower, and bike, combined with running segments and bodyweight cardio such as burpees, jump squats, and agility drills.

The 45 minute class is a full-body training session that combines high-intensity cardio intervals with functional strength training. This class is designed to improve not just how hard you can go, but how long you can sustain it, with the strength to back it up.
