Expect to of course work your legs, glutes and abdominal muscles in this 45 minute class. This class will include a mixture of cardio and strength based movements to target these muscle groups. Expect a mix of squats, lunges, step ups, core work and much more to improve strength and overall fitness. Multiple equipment in the studio will be used and the class will change every week so expect the unexpected! This class is designed to be inclusive and adaptable, making it suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced participants.
