HYROX is a high intensity functional class designed to build strength, endurance and fitness. You do not need to sign up for a HYROX event to attend these classes but if you do our classes will get you race ready. Our classes will combine cardio intervals, strength training and movements in a HYROX event such as sled pushes, wall balls, lunges, sled pulls, rowing, carries and more!
Our classes will mirror the demands of HYROX while remaining accessible to all fitness levels. Classes are scalable, coach led, and focused on improving engine, power, and mental grit.
