Gentle Movers is a 45-minute class designed to keep you moving, strong, and feeling great. This class combines cardio with gentle strength training and stretching. No previous experience is needed, making it accessible and welcoming for everyone. The class focuses on functional movements that improve your mobility, strength, and fitness in daily life. You’ll work through a variety of exercises ranging from light resistance training with free weights and resistance bands, to gentle cardio and balance work.
