G64X is a 30min hybrid fitness class. This class covers a variety of fitness components, all programmed to help you reach your goals. Also included in this class is access to our G64X app which allows you to track your workouts, record your lifts and also keep in touch with your group and coach via group chats. There is an optional weigh-in every Thursday and this is monitored to help keep you on track with what your end goal is.
The G64X community is extremely supportive. We have a private FB group to allow all members from every time slot to interact with each other and share comments on classes. As well as to inform members of changes, ask questions and gain feedback so that we can continually build our programming with our members' needs and wishes at the center of our approach.
