Endurance Ride is available at our Kirkcaldy branch. 1 hour spin class focusing on intervals longer than 1 minute. This class will focus on building your cardiovascular fitness to withstand intervals for a longer duration. Work through different training zones and gears throughout the class as a guidance from your instructor to get the most out of this class. Keep track of your indoor cycling workouts data on the Keiser app to view your fitness progress.

Build up your fitness and cardio with Endurance Ride.

We ride the incredible Keiser bikes and use their metric tracking capabilities. This will keep you accountable and keep on improving.

You can download the Keiser app and log all your indoor cycling class data. We recommend you complete the fitness test (5 minute one) to get your FTP test result. This will make your Keiser app more individual to you for your fitness, during the class you can use the app and zones to monitor your performance. During an intense interval you should be in the orange/red/purple zone, having this visually in front of you will make you naturally want to work hard to try stay in the zones.

If technology isn’t your thing don’t worry! The Keiser bikes have screen monitors built in so you can see your resistance, watts and RPM on there. Fitness Testing isn’t mandatory to do this class or use the app.
