Circuit training has many benefits. The variety of exercises you do will be one of them using multiple pieces of equipment including rowers, sleds, TRX, kettlebells, steps, barbells, air bikes, ski ergs, bodyweight and much more!
Expect the class to consist of cardiovascular, resistance training and core training movements for a full body workout.
Circuits classes are favoured by many because the workouts are always different, meaning you’ll ever get bored!
Can anyone take part in this class?
Circuit training is specifically designed to ensure anyone can join in and take advantage of all the benefits. You can take each exercise at your own pace, building up the intensity as you get fitter. If you do have any medical conditions or injuries, please let your instructor know before the class starts. Make sure you wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water.
