Box Fit at Gym 64 is a boxing based fitness class that combines technical pad work with high-intensity conditioning for a full-body workout. Designed for all fitness levels, this session focuses on improving cardiovascular fitness, strength, coordination, and core stability.

Each class includes a mix of boxing combinations, partner drills, footwork, and bodyweight exercises. You’ll work in pairs using gloves and pads (provided or bring your own), with an emphasis on form, control, and consistent effort.

This is a non-contact class—no sparring—making it a safe and effective way to train like a boxer while building endurance, power, and agility.
