If you're bored with your current workout routine, our bootcamp classes at Gym 64 offer constant variety. Every class is different, incorporating equipment like kettlebells, tyres, sleds, cardio equipment and bodyweight exercises. The engaging, fast paced format our instructors teach to ensures you'll never have the same workout twice.

These classes can be taught in a circuit format, timed, partner workouts or team workouts to keep each and every week different and always something to look forward to.
