20/20/20 is a class designed by our instructors to get you stronger and fitter by providing a combination of 20-minute strength, 20 minutes cardio and 20 minutes of core for a full body 1 hour workout. Get the energy and buzz our group fitness classes have to offer while getting the results of strength, fitness and core strength!

If you are looking for a class that works on a bit of everything, 20/20/20 is the one!

In the strength section our instructors will guide and coach you through different movements using various equipment such as barbells, kettlebells, and dumbbells. Learn how to move your body with resistance working with different timing intervals, EMOMs (every minute on the minute), AMRAPs (as many rounds and reps as possible in time frame given) and much more!

In the cardio section, expect your heart rate to go into the peak zone! Our instructors will push your cardio fitness with a goal of getting you fitter each and every week. Expect use of equipment such as treadmills, ski erg, assault bikes etc along with body weight exercises.

In the core section, you will work for 20 minutes purely on your core! expect to do a range of exercises from sit ups, planks, crunches to farmers carries.
